The concept
The art of life
This typically Poitevin domain by its architecture and its plantations extends over 4ha with a flower garden of 1ha. Direct access to the river, which bypasses the historic plateau of Poitiers, is via a second well-protected garden. The place is known for its four-hundred-year-old cedar that sits enthroned in the valley!
Here you can stay with family or friends in peace. Everyone will find their own rhythm and space in a personalized atmosphere: a true Concept Home!
The place, entirely enclosed by walls, is organized aroundofthe orangery(100 m²), its fireplace, its large terrace(70 m²) facing the swimming pool (13 x 6) and depending on the number of guests, you can privatize all or part of the propertyto make you feel at home.The Truncated Tower and the rooms of theMansion complement each other and thus up to 18-20 people can stay in this havenof peace.
The set is rented for a minimum of 2 nights or by the week during school holidays.

L'Orangerie
In a natural atmosphere, this vast outbuilding in honey colors is the living space to meet for all your meals and the place to relax: with direct access to the swimming pool, board and barbecue, deck chairs and electric blanket for safety of the swimming pool and to maintain the temperature of the water of the swimming pool which is not heated. 200 m² organized around a double living room with wood-burning stove and a fireplace. The dining room is flexible up to 18-22 people and the living room is organized with a games/TV corner.
The simple but complete kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, small freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee makers and pods), the 70 m² terrace with plancha, gas barbecue, many chairs loungers available and independent entrance (private car park).
Upstairs, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms/wc for 4 to 8 people (6 beds), including a dormitory bedroom.

A real complete house of 160 m², completely restored in 2018, in a contemporary city spirit. Its double living room enjoys a rare view of the garden and the cedar of four-hundred-year-old Lebanon. Two large terraces and the greenhouse contribute to the charm of the fitted out places with care for contemporary and vintage furniture.
